A literal student of the game, Jay Mills recently receive a degree from The Academy of Music Production in Pennsylvania, and also a certificate for audio engineering from the Delaware Career Center in Ohio. A multi-talented artist from Ohio with grounded hip-hop and R&B sounds and an eye for cinematic visual, Jay’s love for music was inspired by his religious upbringing where his father sang in the church choir. Mills also acted in plays and practiced violin at a young age. These roots show through in his music and production with his attention to detail and ear for sound.
