Bros Inc - Hide

Bros Inc tap into pain of the streets on inspiring new EP ‘Bully Way Living’

BALTIMORE, MD – Ma’el and Yasha Muhammad – AKA Bully Boy and 410 YDB – are biological brothers who make up the dynamic duo known as Bros Inc. This powerhouse hip-hop duo is lighting up the East Coast with their unique swag and standout style, which is featured on their new album “Bully Way Living,” for which they already have a deal with RMG Music/Sony. Featuring 10 songs that showcase their hometown of Baltimore City, the album is one part an introduction to the natural talents of these two brothers, and another part a display of such originality that many industry insiders are starting to sit up and pay attention.

The songs on the album are inspired by real life situations from the lives of these two brothers. The way they weave stories and rap about how they feel about what’s going on today is inspiring and thought-provoking. Their style is also entertaining and ready-made for chilling with friends or having a fun night out on the town. In fact, it’s that kind of carefree lifestyle mixed with hard work and perseverance that these brothers say equates to “Bully Way Living.”

“It’s about doing your thing and living life how you want,” Bully Boy said. “Just do what you want to get where you want to go without taking anything from anyone. We living the Bully way, and this album is us letting them know what’s going on.”

The debut single from the project is a song called “Hide,” the video for which just hit YouTube on Oct. 14. It’s a song about people who talk the talk but don’t walk the walk. According to the brothers, there have been too many occasions in their lives in which someone has promised to do something for them, but then never made good on that promise. They don’t walk the walk. This song, therefore, is a challenge to anyone listening that “You gotta stand on what you got going on,” they said.

“All this Internet talk won’t get you nowhere,” said 410 YBD. “You gotta stand on it, because if you don’t we’ll find where you hide.”

Born and raised in the violent drug-infested streets of Baltimore City, these two brothers have experienced their fair share of pain and hardship. They’ve lost three older brothers – one of them killed by Baltimore police, one murdered by gang violence and one passing from a drug overdose. That pain and struggle comes through in every single lyric and vibe they create through their music. In fact, it’s rap and music at large that helped them cope with the hardships of their lives, and by using that artform as a natural outlet they discovered a unique ability to connect with others.

“We feed off that everyday life we’re living,” Bully Boy said. “When we go in that booth it’s like two people with one mind, and we’re rapping about things we’re really living out. Ain’t no fake. Ain’t no script to this. That’s why it’s so authentic. It’s so real and raw. It’s like we uncut. The game ain’t uncut anymore, but we’re giving the real out.”

“Hide” is currently available across all streaming platforms.

Silence - Summertime Feat. EMDUBAI

Derek Baily most known as “Silence” was born in Cedar Rapids Iowa. Silence was given his name at an early age for being quiet and shy, but the name stuck has he got older and into trouble as he was known as someone who would react without being noticed. After turning his life around the name stayed but became more of a positive nickname in his life, now showing positive actions in “silence”.

His love of music started when he was younger but never turned into anything until the Summer of 2018 when he met Executive A&R Andre Williams. He started working under him as his Jr. A&R and learn the music business helping with different projects and artists.

It was in 2020 when he decided to take the business and use it for himself turning his love of writing into artistry.

When you ask him where his music comes from, he will sheepishly tell you it’s from the life and struggles of the pain he’s dealt with watching his sister die to his mother not being able to take care of him since the age of 12 due to a prescription drug habit. Being homeless since the age of 12 he’s relied on street smarts, his personality, and ability to adapt to turn him into the person he is today, and the artist we see now. His fun-loving humor, to his bold statements of survival as “the white kid” on the streets bouncing back and forth from St. Louis to Iowa, Silence is not so silent now after all.

He just released his newest single over the summer “Summertime” featuring Iowa/Atlanta artist EMDUBAI and it was also Executive Produced/A&R by DJ K Yung. He is sent to do a joint project with Cedar Rapids IA artist Tone da Boss set to release in October of 2021.

Silence's Bio

Silence is a writer and artist hailing from Cedar Rapids Iowa. He started in the music business as a Jr. A&R under the advisement of an Executive A&R moving his way up until deciding to turn his knowledge of the business into crafting his career with his own artistry.

Hunt Arrow - Blame

Hunt Arrow inspires fans with motivational new track ‘Blame’

FRESNO, CA – For as long as he can remember, Hunt Arrow has wanted to be a professional musician. Born and raised in Fresno, California, this young aspiring artist has studied some of the greatest artists of all time and fashioned his own unique sound and style from the inspiration he found from many of them. He’s worked hard over the years to create a signature style that is truly original, and after many releases in recent years he’s found something truly special with his latest hit single “Blame.”

Featuring a West Coast vibe with a hypnotic rhythm and flow, “Blame” is the kind of song that has a hook that will worm its way into every listener’s ear. It has a nice bounce to it and is the perfect kind of hype music to uplift people when they’re feeling sad or working through something difficult in life.

“It’s a song that’s supposed to loosen you up when you listen to it,” Hunt said. “Or maybe a song you can listen to when you’re chilling with friends in the car. It captures a feeling that I feel when I’m really confident. In reality I’m not like that, but with this song I’m expressing thoughts that I want to be like that, and it’s something that a lot of other people can relate to, I think.”

Originally inspired by a breakup with an ex-girlfriend, the song evolved throughout the process to become more of a wide-reaching motivational track that caters to a broad audience. It’s also a song that showcases Hunt’s ability to blend multiple genres – in this case Pop and Hip-hop – in ways that are equal parts intriguing and entertaining. He said his next project will be a further exploration of that sound and will incorporate a number of different instrumentals against that Pop/Hip-hop fusion of sound.

“I love that you can create or change feelings in someone’s heart through music,” he said. “I like to create feelings and vibes, and I hope people will remember me for good music. If you’re stressed or anxious about something in life, forget about your worries in that moment and time and use my music as a relief from the pain. That’s what makes me happy – if people like my music and use it to feel better about themselves, then I’m doing my job and I’ll keep making music forever to experience that.”

Hunt said he’s currently working on a full album that he hopes to release early next year. To listen to his music, or to follow him on social media, please visit the following links:

Alex Fraze - I Was Your Worst

Alex Fraze adds to the evolution of music with wavy new sound on forthcoming EP ‘Lover and a Fighter’

BALTIMORE, MD – Many people who live and around Maryland know it for its unfortunate nickname, “Murdaland.” It’s a name that stems from its extremely high crime rate and a homicide rate that puts its capital city, Baltimore, among the most dangerous cities in the world. But East Coast artist Alex Fraze is on a mission to help his hometown have a different reputation, one that embraces love. His latest EP, “Lover and a Fighter,” is a project that pays homage to Michael Jackson, one of his biggest influences. MJ was known for saying he was a lover, not a fighter, but Fraze said he’s flipping it to say that he’s a lover and a fighter because he has deep love and passion inside him, but his music and energy is intense. It’s a project that comes with a lot of passion and good vibes that Fraze describes as “very wavy,” while also showcasing how much of a fighter he is when it comes to things he wants in life and things he’s passionate about.

“I feel like I strive to bring older elements of music back into today’s sound,” Fraze said. “I feel like a lot of today’s sound is very manufactured – that’s just my opinion. And I want to create choruses that really connect with people and music that makes you feel. I want my sound to be infectious. You don’t even have to know the language of what you’re listening to, but you can feel it. That’s the kind of passion I came with on this project. It’s very wavy and really explores a lot of love situations.”

The first standout single from the EP is “Vibe Shit.” It’s a song that Fraze said examines the magical moment when you’re with someone for the first time and things just click perfectly. He said he told the story through the lens of a couple who are smoking pot together because he was going for a vibe he remembers vividly when experiencing a situation just like that with a former lover. Fraze said it’s his favorite song on the whole project and will perfectly prime the pump for fans in regards to the rest of the EP.

Another standout single from the project is “I Was Your Worst,” which is about recognizing the mistakes you’ve made in a relationship and vowing to do better in the future. The hook of the song says, “You was my best and I was your worst. I move like some trash, this love got your soul on hurt.” Fraze said it’s a song that’s a little more groovy than the rest, and as such will definitely stand out as one of the premiere tracks.

Ultimately, Fraze said he wants his music to serve as a kind of “renaissance” for the music industry. He wants to bring something new and something that adds to the evolution of music and the direction it’s heading.

“I want to shift the game a little bit,” he said. “I take inspiration from a lot of the greats – like James Brown and Michael Jackson and Sam Cooke – and create music that is psychedelic and sets a mood. My drive is to be a pioneer in the industry and to innovate a new lane of sound.”

4Play - Mission Accomplished

4Play releases debut single “Mission Accomplished”

Born in the Bahamas and singing since he was only a child, Rodney Munnings, better known as 4Play, is an electric new artist who is sharing his story and his sound with the world. 4Play has recently released his new single “Mission Accomplished,” which is a tribute to the work he has put into his career and all of the things he has been able to do through that. This track is an upbeat and energetic introduction to an artist that is already set up for an amazing career.

Creating 4Play’s first release, “Mission Accomplished” was a natural and seemingly effortless process. “I was hyped over this one. I was really just having fun in the studio with some friends when I came across the beat.” From there the track took off. Now it’s already a hit with so many people.

“Mission Accomplished” is already picking up traction with fans of Hip Hop, and with the mix of story and lyricism that 4Play provides, it’s not surprising that it is already so popular. This track has an amazing and relatable message to it that just adds to the magic of this song. “This song is about what it means to be here and how grateful I am for being where I am already. I’m grateful and that’s what allows me to continue making the music I love.”

4Play is always hard at work in the studio, creating masterpieces such as his most recent release. “Sometimes I’m in the studio all night long. I really don’t get bored or tired of working because I’m always looking for something new. Once I put in the work for these things, it always pays off.” His music truly showcases his skill and ability both as a lyricist and in the studio and it is obvious that he is only just getting started.

On top of “Mission Accomplished,” 4Play is already excited to release another single. “For The Money” is another track that can simply be described as a banger. It’s not the only project that he has in the works either. There is so much to come from 4Play and he is excited to share his art and himself with the rest of the world. 4Play hopes that the people who listen to his music know that this is just the beginning and that he has so much more to come.

Ygk Drako - Show Off

YGK Drako drops energetic Trap groove with new single ‘Show Off’

LITTLE ROCK, AR – For Justin Utsey, music has always been a way to escape, stay positive and connect with people who share his similar story. Troubled by a rough life growing up on the streets of the south side of Little Rock, Arkansas, this young artist who goes by the stage name YGK Drako turned to boxing, and fighting became a mainstay throughout much of his younger years. But in 2007, he discovered a love for music and found that he had a natural talent for creating unique sounds and styles that others seemed to love. Music became his escape from a life of crime, and he hasn’t looked back since.

His latest single, “Show Off,” is a chill, mellow vibe with a Trap groove that is one of the hottest tracks he’s ever created. Currently available across all digital streaming platforms, the song has a catchy energy that pairs perfectly with his bars as he raps about anything and everything that might cross his path on a daily basis.

“This is me showing what I can do while trying to reinvent myself,” he said. “I just wanted to change some things up and show people my new self. I’m rapping about money and jewelry and cars and being from the hood, and just all the everyday things I’ve seen. I’m just trying to be myself and stay original. I don’t try to keep up with whatever anyone else is doing. I’m just being true to who I am.”

YGK Drako said one of the things that helps him stand out from the midst of a crowded music industry is his unique voice. Inspired by legends like Lil Wayne, Drake, and Future, YGK Drako fuses his Rap with a wide variety of other styles from various other genres. He credits artists like Nicki Minaj, Chris Brown, Adele, and Justin Bieber as just a few of the musicians who have helped to expand his appreciation for good music.

“Like them, I just want to be known as a great artist,” he said. “Anything you hear from me is gonna be something hype. I’m looking to do this for the rest of my life because this is truly something I’m passionate about. I’ve never heard another artist with my voice, and I’m ready for the world to hear it.”

Following “Show Off,” YGK Drako said he has another single called “Curry” set to drop in March.
